Most of our handcrafted furniture and home decor items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Fire Mountain ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
