Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fire Mountain account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
